From 1st April 2018, The Matrix will cease to deliver sexual health and substance misuse advice and support for Sex workers. Substance misuse services will now be delivered by Change, Grow, Live and sexual health services will be delivered by ICASH.

Change, grow, live (CGL) in partnership with SOVA, Emerging Futures and Lloyds Pharmacies will be taking over the delivery of drug and alcohol services across Norfolk. CGL will be bringing a new, innovative and exciting alcohol and drugs behaviour change service to Norfolk. The model will enable Norfolk residents with drug or alcohol concerns to get help in Norfolk’s City, towns and villages. CGL believes in supporting people to achieve personal recovery goals and we will work alongside you throughout your journey to ensure you have the best possible chance of success. We are working closely with the current services to agree the transfer of treatment with minimum disruption to you.

We will work hard to make this transition as smooth as possible.
Please be assured that there will be no delays to medication, your appointments will continue to be booked as normal and where possible you will keep the same worker during the transition. New groups, mentoring and recovery activities alongside medical, psychosocial and healthcare interventions will be introduced.
If you wish for your substance misuse support to continue with CGL please speak to your NRP worker about completing consent to share information form to make sure that your treatment continues and there is as little disruption to you as possible.
